Were you able to select the skin and just could not equip it or were you unable to even select the skin to begin with? Have you been able to reproduce this bug again since posting?

  13. Sorry to hear this happened to you! I will pass this issue onto the dev team so we're able to solve it. Just to make sure I'm wording this correctly, does this mean your game did not allow you to use any of your controls until your friend was downed?
  14. Thanks for letting us know! Just to clarify, does the laser continue to fire towards your camera, no matter how you angle your camera? Also, does the laser display as normal for other players and are you still able to hit other players with it?
  15. Sorry you're having this issue! To clarify, are you able to interact with the character at all or are you just unable to turn in the quest?
  16. Voice chat is restricted for active members of the community. You can raise your activity level by talking in chat. If you're not able to talk in chat, make sure you assign yourself a role in the #ranks channel by reacting to the message!
